Pro-Train values the interests of its customers, suppliers, partners, and team members along with everyone else. Information is only collected with the intent of providing better products and service to those in the Pro-Train community.
We do not sell information.
RETURN POLICY
Please inspect your order upon receipt and let us know if the item is defective, damaged, or otherwise wrong. We want to make it right.
Within 30 days of receipt of your product, if not completely satisfied, you can arrange for a return and refund* by contacting us at info@protraincbd.com.
We will reply with a mailing address and an RMA number for you to include with the unused product (in its original packaging, please). Once we receive it, we will issue a prorated refund to your original payment method for the returned portion of the product.
*Please, remember it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
